At Cherry Tree Cottages, we have two warm traditional stone cottages, set in two acres of natural heather and woodland garden, with extensive views over the South Pennine countryside. We are in a beautiful country location, just 15 minutes from both Halifax and Huddersfield, with easy access to all West Yorkshire towns and attractions.
Both our cottages are pet friendly. Dogs are welcome, and there are good footpath and bridleway walks right from the doorstep.
Our minimum stay is now 5 nights. We now allow an extra day between lets for enhanced cleaning.
Our two cottages, Cherry Tree Cottage and Heather Bank Cottage are awarded Four Stars by VisitBritain. We live adjacent to the cottages in the main house, Cherry Tree House, and are usually at home to welcome you and help with any queries.

Cherry Tree has been our home for a week, but I could happily have stayed indefinitely. The cottage is ideal for dogs, with the shady garden accessible at all times, and superb views over the valley. Elaine and Stan made us welcome, with strawberries from the garden. This was an exceptional holiday and we would unreservedly recommend staying at Cherry Tree Cottages.
Bex and family : West Sussex
We were really comfortable in the cottage. It was very well looked after and had loads of character. Stan and Elaine have been really sympathetic to the original stone features. We loved the wild yet meticulously maintained garden that is surrounded by breathtakingly beautiful scenery. The children loved the hammocks.

It was a wonderful experience to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and stay at Heather Bank Cottage. The location is fantastic with stunning views of the Yorkshire countryside and large gardens in which we were able to sit and enjoy the warm weather. The cottage was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable.
